About Us
Dana Bilbe is the Owner and Operator of Aspire Ltd which she created in 2004. She has a BA in Psychology and is a certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Life Coach. She also has a University Certificate in creative writing. Her portfolio includes two accommodation businesses, two novels, one marathon and several half marathons. Dana has been a ski and snowboard instructor and has travelled extensively throughout North & South America, Asia and Europe gathering experiences for both her coaching and writing. She has presented numerous motivational workshops in both the United States and New Zealand and has coached over 200 people to date. Her clients include athletes, business owners, artists, tradesmen and students among others. Dana is energetic and dynamic, with a unique ability to entertain, inspire and educate. Dana established Aspire in February, 2004, initially as a personal training business. However after nearly two years working with individuals from all walks of life, we decided to move the company to another level by incorporating Life Coaching into our programs. We were interested in considering a person's behaviors, beliefs, and basic brain function into the equation. After all, our ability to adhere to a fitness and nutrition plan is affected by how we are feeling and acting in other areas of our life so why not look at everything?
