About Us

dana

Dana Bilbe is the Owner and Operator of Aspire Ltd which she created in 2004. She has a BA in Psychology and is a certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Life Coach. She also has a University Certificate in creative writing. Her portfolio includes two accommodation businesses, two novels, one marathon and several half marathons. Dana has been a ski and snowboard instructor and has travelled extensively throughout North & South America, Asia and Europe gathering experiences for both her coaching and writing. She has presented numerous motivational workshops in both the United States and New Zealand and has coached over 200 people to date. Her clients include athletes, business owners, artists, tradesmen and students among others. Dana is energetic and dynamic, with a unique ability to entertain, inspire and educate.

Dana established Aspire in February, 2004, initially as a personal training business. However after nearly two years working with individuals from all walks of life, we decided to move the company to another level by incorporating Life Coaching into our programs. We were interested in considering a person's behaviors, beliefs, and basic brain function into the equation. After all, our ability to adhere to a fitness and nutrition plan is affected by how we are feeling and acting in other areas of our life so why not look at everything? Our programs now consist of both personal fitness training and motivational life coaching and the results are fantastic!

Our Philosophy

Our mission at Aspire is to help people obtain a fulfilling, successful and relatively stress-free life through cultivating passion and self-discipline. We use the following basic ideas to form our unique approach:

  • Studies show that success and fulfillment are more often determined by the mental and emotional ability to control oneself in pursuit of a goal, and less likely related to education or financial support. Therefore we must help you find your true passions and then the mental discipline to develop them.
  • Research also shows that exercise and high levels of physical fitness allow for clearer thinking and better decision making. So we include exercise into our programs to ensure lasting change.
  • Because all aspects of our lives are connected, we believe the best way to achieve success in any one area of life, is by taking a holistic approach. We encourage you to examine every area of your life and consider them all when planning your future.

Our Approach

ASSESS - Using a number of assessments, we will take a thorough look at how you think, feel, and behave as well as clarify what it is you really want.

CONFRONT- Through assignments, tasks and discussions we will challenge you to be honest about the ways you may be impairing your own growth.

EDUCATE - By accessing research, studies and statistics, you will learn a variety of ways to overcome obstacles and achieve fulfillment.

PLAN - With a number of inventories and management tools, we will help you create an organized and detailed map of how and when you will take the steps necessary to reach your goals.

ACT - With follow up visits and motivational emails, we will help you to keep yourself accountable to your dreams.
