Group Workshops
Our workshops offer a dynamic atmosphere to challenge and transform your behaviour. You can join us for a 12 week programme, which involves 2 hours a week of exercise and coaching, or for our day workshops.

One on One Coaching
Our face to face coaching programmes are 24 weeks long and include a written fitness programme on top of 12 weekly one-on-one sessions and 2 follow up sessions. Sessions begin with a ½ hour of exercise, followed by 1 hour of motivational coaching.

Retreats
Aspire Retreats, whether corporate or private, are about learning to balance relaxation and aesthetics with ambition and productivity in order to create an enhanced interest in your work and life, with a desire to get more out of it. All retreats include excercise and personal training, social activities, relaxation with spa and sauna, healthy eating and motivational coaching. You can choose between 1,2 or 3 day retreats.
Group Presentations - (social/corporate)
Our 1-2 hour presentations depend on what you want. For social, we can do a general overview of life coaching, or we can focus on one of the 12 life essentials. For corporate we will design a theme for your specified field. We can make them interactive for a group of 20 or entertaining for a group of 200.
Athletic Events
Athletic events include a number of pre-organised fun runs, relays, obstacle courses and marathons throughout the North Island. We sign you up, help you train, travel there with you and with the support of a group, help you experience the exhilaration of being part of a national event. We specialise in first timers and beginners.
