This is a weekend jam packed with inspiration, activity, relaxation, learning and fun!

Action

  • Outdoor circuit training- A mixture of weights and cardio work outside in the beautiful bush as the sun comes up.....with a personal trainer to guide you.
  • Abseiling and Rock Climbing- These activities are incorporated in the Sunday morning physical challenge and also in the Amazing Adventure Race. We will assist you the whole way and Chris, our certified outdoor adventure guide, will be with you at all times. If you really don’t want to do them, we will find an alternative for you*
  • Personal Training- A personal trainer will be working with you on proper stretching as well as a jog/walk/run goal on the Friday evening.
  • Sunday morning physical challenge- This is a secret but it is created for each person to complete at their own pace and we will work to make it suit your needs. When you are finished you will feel the exhilaration of accomplishment!

* This is not mandatory and we will not be able to confirm this part of the retreat until April.

Fun

  • Amazing Adventure Team Race – This is the highlight for many participants. It too, is a secret, but it involves working with a team to find clues, solve riddles, complete physical challenges and much, much, more. It’s a 4 hour adventure!
  • Aspire Evening Trivia Game- Another favourite, the trivia game is created to educate you while you play. It involves the latest research on health, fitness and relationships while encouraging you to be creative, think quick, and do lots of educated guessing J

Relaxation

  • Massage-Each participant gets a private massage from Le Papillon Day Spa’s Yolanda Floor
  • Meditation- We will teach you the power of meditation and begin and end each day trying different techniques.
  • Nature/Solitude/Music- Each participant will have some time to themselves in the beautiful surrounding bush with a specially created CD combining many different kinds of music.
  • We serve you- cook, clean up after you and even make your beds.
  • Spa- available in the evenings and during free times.

Coaching/Learning

  • Slide Show Presentation- the latest research in motivation and life balance. This will really get you thinking!
  • One on One Coaching-Each participant will meet one on one with a trained Life Coach and be guided through a powerful goal setting process so you leave the retreat with new vision and direction.
  • Productivity Blocks- We will meet with each participant beforehand to determine what you will do during the productivity blocks. But we guarantee one thing....that by the end of the weekend you will have completed a project that has been niggling away at you for ages!
  • Nutrition Education- We will educate you on what you are eating and why we have chosen certain foods. We will explain what it is doing for your body and how many calories each meal has in comparison with what you have burned for the day. This is an excellent chance to experience healthy and TASTY eating.
